Welcome circle
60 minutes Gentle Yoga Flow (All levels welcome.)
20 minutes Yoga meditation with Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation)
End your practice with nice warm shot of cacao.

Special class - Membership uses one credit and charges an additional fee per registration.

+ The average cost per class £2.50 per day (1 class per day) or £6.66 per class (3 classes per week)
+ Include Yoga course and workshops (exclude Pregnancy Yoga, Family Yoga + collaboration event)
+ Priority booking to all new classes, workshops, retreats.
